(1) If the public prosecutor decides not to proceed with the case in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 31, he shall immediately return the missile and other evidence to the relevant police office.
(2) The police office shall preserve the missiles, evidence, and objects received in accordance with sub-section (1) for as long as the case of such offense can be prosecuted.
(3) If the slave, evidence or item as per sub-section (1) is someone's property, the police office shall return such property to the owner of such property with the condition of filing it with the investigating officer or the court whenever necessary.
